TCP continues to grow its business, with new customers and more sites for existing customers.
In Northern Ireland we have taken on more Iceland sites and, following the reorganisation of the Sainsbury’s car park portfolio, now manage the North of England and Scotland.
The takeover of Somerfield by the Co-operative Group led to the offloading of some stores for competition reasons, resulting in Morrisons and the Midlands Co-op joining the TCP customer list.
Another new customer is Homebase, for whom we are managing two new stores in the North West. In Scotland we have taken over three Trade Business Car Parks and also won the Aberdeen University tender. Other prestigious new sites include the Hatfield Galleria, a large Retail Outlet centre on the A1(M).
