TCP provides a comprehensive car park management service across a number of British Waterways pay and display car parks. British Waterways contacted TCP as they were having difficulties in resourcing site patrols and maintaining their pay and display machines.
TCP now provide an all encompassing service including machine and signage installation, maintenance, patrol, enforcement and cash collection. The scheme is managed under one agreement, generating cost efficiencies and additional revenue.
