TPC provided a fully detailed consultancy service to a local authority in Kent on the introduction of new controlled parking zones (CPZs).
Their comprehensive response included a detailed project plan, critical path matched against fixed budget, and they also advised Elected Members and senior officers on the formulation of parking policies as well as handling queries from the press and community.
In addition, they carried out a full review of the existing parking infrastructure, making recommendations concerning the future shape, size and structure of the parking service, and producing outline financial projections on the potential costs and income generation results of restructuring the service.
