Barry was appointed MD of the newly-formed on-street parking consultancy division TPC in 2008. He is responsible for all public sector parking contracts. Barry has a wealth of experience in the public sector and before joining TPC spent seven years as Assistant Head of Parking Services at the London Borough of Camden. 

Barry is an elected member of the British Parking Association Executive Council, a member of the management board of the Safer Parking Scheme (Park Mark) and a Fellow of the Institute of Parking Professionals.
