Elaine joined TCP in 2005 as Human Resources Manager and was appointed to the board in June 2007. Her key responsibilities include HR, Training, PR and Health and Safety.
Prior to working with TCP she worked in the leisure and hospitality sector as well as HR and Training for Wm Low and Tesco, having started her career as a management trainee with Asda.
